Refund Options
When it comes to refunds, you have two options:
Cash Refund
We offer 100% cash refunds for any/all item(s) in your order. Your refund will be processed to whatever payment method you used when placing your order.
Store Credit
We offer store credit equivalent to any and all item(s) in your order.
Policy on Returns for Shipped Items Not Yet Received
If you reconsider your purchase while your item is in transit, due to the varied regulations of international shipping, we typically ask that you first accept the delivery. However, if you can confirm refusal of the delivery with the carrier or the carrier can assist in returning the item directly to our dispatch center, please inform us immediately at contact@senseage.com.
Once you have received the item, contact us at contact@senseage.com to arrange for its return and refund. We will provide detailed instructions and support you through the process in accordance with our standard return policy.
Return Shipping
Please note that you will be responsible for any and all return shipping costs. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs if the item you are returning is damaged.

If you're not happy with your SenseAGE product, just let us know at contact@senseage.com and send the product back for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
